Position: Testing/Marketing Coordinator
Peace of Mind Psychological Services is a thriving mental health practice in Alpharetta. We serve children, adolescents, and adults with mental health services, including therapy and psychological evaluations. We have an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and friendly professional to provide administrative duties in a thriving mental health practice. This position also includes some daily marketing. It requires some proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and recent administrative experience. While previous experience in the mental health/medical field and with insurance claims is preferred, we are open to a candidate who is eager to learn and enthusiastic about joining our team. The position includes working one Saturday a month from 9-3 p.m.
Duties include:
- Monitoring and updating the testing database
- Advising and collecting payments for testing appointments
- Overseeing psychometrist tasks and assisting during onboarding
- Scheduling appointments
- Utilization of electronic health record system
- Sending and following up on insurance authorizations
- Assisting with Assessment Scoring
- Maintaining online and physical testing inventory
- Creating various marketing materials such as flyers, postcards, business cards, pens, and invitations.
- Weekly marketing days, as well as sending out quarterly marketing gifts for frequent referral sources/sending marketing material as needed
Hours: This position is full-time, 35-40 hours per week.
